Quotes:
"I need to do something about this "
"I need to find out more about"
"Can I just come and chat with you?"
"I'm hoping if you can help me?"
"I've been strongly recommended to you by a friend."
These are just some of the opening questions I get.
In each case we had a chat on the telephone. For most we set up an initial assessment consultation to assess the
whole person, not just the symptoms. Then we really got to grips with the possible underlying causes and the
treatment options.

What is Naturopathic Nutrition?
Naturopathic Nutrition is a holistic therapy which treats everyone
as an individual, seeking out and removing the cause of disease rather
than simply suppressing the symptoms.
Naturopathic Nutrition can treat people with all manner of health problems
whether they be, physical, mental, emotional, chronic or degenerative
states.
In ancient cultures the beneficial effects of a good diet were fully
recognised. However, today this knowledge seems to have been largely
lost in our modern world. It is hardly surprising that we are now suffering
the ill effects of our highly refined, processed and de-natured diet.
This has manifested into degenerative diseases such as heart disease,
IBS, arthritis, allergies etc.
Although many people are now becoming interested in a healthy diet,
most do not realise the true therapeutic value of food, and the fact
that it can be used to reverse the course of disease to regain optimum
health, even in those who have become seriously ill. Naturopathic Nutrition
is much more than keeping healthy by eating a healthy diet.
Holistic Medicine
Naturopathic nutrition is a holistic therapy used to treat people suffering
from a wide range of symptoms that can manifest on a physical, mental
and emotional level. Diagnostic techniques are used in line with traditional Chinese
5 Element system, an ancient system of looking at each symptom as a signal
of the body being out of balance.
Once one knows what area is out of balance the body can be brought back to
health using natural medicine.
Treating people not symptoms
Holistic therapies treat the person as a whole rather than a set of
symptoms that require treatment. Holistic therapy is very personalised
and every treatment is tailored to the needs of the individual receiving
it.
Treatment is a partnership between the patient and the therapist, who
both share in the goal of learning the cause of the illness and finding
the very best approach to combat it.
Regular clinics are held in Surrey.
Telephone consultations are available for people unable to attend a clinic.
